We are excited to announce our upcoming ArtSmarts spring musicals!

Our 12-18 year olds will be performing Something Rotten Jr.
Rehearsals will be held Jan 6-March 17, Mondays 3-6 and Wednesdays 4-6, with some additional rehearsals possible. Rehearsals will be held Jan 20, Feb 17, and March 13, even though school is out. Performances will be March 19-March 24.

Our 8-12 year olds will be performing James and the Giant Peach Jr.
Rehearsals will be held Jan 7-March 5, Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-6, with some additional rehearsals possible. Performances will be March 6-8.

Auditions:

We are introducing a new audition process for our spring shows. While we love giving every child the opportunity to participate in theater, we cannot continue to accommodate the increasingly large registration numbers in our casts. Auditions for the spring shows will be by video, with in person callbacks by invitation only. Those who are cast in the show will receive notice by email. Our summer bootcamps will continue to be run on a first come, first served basis.

Audition videos should include the following:

• Introduce yourself with your name and age

• Sing approximately 16 bars of a song from a musical

• Perform 2-5 lines from any show or book to show off what a great character you can be

Upload your video to Youtube (with access granted through a link) and include the link where asked on the registration form or by scanning or clicking the QR code above.

Tuition:

Individual student - $200
Each additional sibling - $185

• A non-refundable $40 deposit and full registration will be due when the cast is announced. This deposit will act as an acceptance of your role in the cast. It will be applied to the full tuition payment. Full tuition can also be paid at that time if desired.

• The remaining tuition balance will be due on or before the first day of rehearsal. Tuition must be paid in order for your student to participate.

• We want to provide all interested children with a positive theater experience, regardless of ability to afford tuition. If the cost is a hardship for your family, please contact Sarah Ray at tvtyouth@gmail.com to make arrangements/apply for a scholarship prior to the first day of rehearsal.

March 6-8 - James and the Giant Peach Jr. Performances
March 19-24 - Something Rotten Jr Performances
