About Timpanogos Valley Theater

Timpanogos Valley Theater Company was founded in 2001 by Laurie Turnblom, Ann Moulton, Ellen Bonner, and Karen Krogh and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization September 17, 2004.

TVT began productions of melodramas at the old Wasatch High School and Midway Town Hall and quickly performed its first major theatrical show, “Annie Get Your Gun,” in 2005. In a great partnership with Heber City, TVT moved into the Heber City Amusement Hall (Social Hall building) in 2010, with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat,” as the first production in our new home.

Today, TVT continues to perform a wide variety of family friendly productions throughout each year and now includes the ARTS Smarts program for children and teens (ages 4 to 17) and the Belvederes Improvisation Group, celebrating the many talented actors, musicians, directors, technicians, and support personnel here in the Heber Valley.

Our specific mission is to provide a forum and a venue for the people of Wasatch County gather study, compose, play-write, train, rehearse, direct, and perform high quality theatrical arts. All demographic elements of the population are welcome to participate, with a particular emphasis on bringing together young people and adults into meaningful production association. The company’s emphasis is on family theatre. Family members are encouraged to produce, perform and provide logistical and tactical support.

TVT is located in the historic Heber City Amusement Hall in downtown Heber City.
