We are excited to announce auditions for our Spring Musical: Little Women, the Broadway Musical!
Any actor that is able to play a character of the ages listed below may audition.
AUDITIONS will be held on January 7, 2025 from 7:00 pm-9:30 pm at TVT (90 N. 100 W., Heber City, UT 84032)
CALLBACKS will be by invitation on January 9, 2025 from 7:00 pm-9:30 pm at TVT.
REHEARSALS BEGIN: January 21, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm; Saturdays 10:30 am to 1:00 pm. Tech week will begin April 14th.
PERFORMANCES: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from April 18 to May 3, 2025.
“Little Women, the Broadway Musical” is based on the beloved American novel by Louisa May Alcott. Set in Massachusetts during the Civil War, it tells the story of the March sisters as they struggle to make the transition to womanhood in a society where strict ideas of femininity bump up against their dreams.
Please prepare 16-32 bars of a Broadway style song not from “Little Women”. You may also present a 1 minute monologue or cold read a scene from the show.

Jo March
Our story's protagonist. Passionate, adventurous, and brave. She the writer of Little Women and eventually becomes engaged to Professor Bhaer. Those called back for Jo, be prepared to sing “Astonishing” from the musical.

German Professor who challenges Jo’s intellect and encourages her growth as a writer. He is a boarder in Mrs. Kirk's boarding house and eventually falls in love with Jo.
