We are excited to announce auditions for Miracle on 34th Street, a Live Radio Play at Timpanogos Valley Theater. This production will bring us back to KTVT Studios again for another touching tale of Christmas magic.
Auditions will be on October 7, 2025 from 7:00pm to 10:00 pm, and callbacks will be by invitation on October 14th, both will be at Timpanogos Valley Theater at 90 N 100 W.
Rehearsals will begin on October 20th and will occur on Mondays and Wednesdays (we are currently deciding between 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and 7:00 to 10:00 pm, you will be able to tell us your preference in the audition form), and Saturdays (1:00-4:00 pm, except when noted otherwise). Some weeknight rehearsals will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays instead of Mondays and Wednesdays, indicated by *. Exact rehearsal dates are:
October 20, 22, 25, 27, 29
November 1, 3, 5, 8 (**8am to Noon), 11*, 13*, 15**(8am to Noon), 17, 19, 22 (**8am to Noon), 24, 25, 29
December 1, 3, 6 (**8am to Noon)
Tech week and dress rehearsals will be December 8-11, nightly from 6pm to 10pm.
Performances will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from December 12-20, with performances at 7:00 pm.
While we try to accommodate conflicts during the rehearsal schedule, we plan to single-cast this production, so actors must be able to commit to all performance dates.
Most actors will play multiple roles, as this is staged as if it were a live radio program. There are roles for older adolescent (16+) and adult male and female voices, and one role for a young female voice. We will consider children as young as age 12 if they have a parent involved in the production.
Although in-person auditions have passed, we are accepting video auditions through Friday, October 10th, 2025.
To submit a video audition, please perform a 1-minute monologue. (the tone of this production will be sincere, earnest, and heartwarming) and sing 16 measures of a Christmas song or other song of your choosing.
